A yummy idea...I hope.

So, the first idea for today is Orange Marmalade. And not just any orange marmalade, but Spiced Orange Marmalade. I was watching Barefoot Contessa the other day and she was making the most tasty looking marmalade I have ever seen. So, naturally I had to go to the store and get the ingredients to make it. But I got thinking today (oh no...) and realized that marmalade is such a summer thing, so I need to make it wintery. So, I'm going to try making it with a tea strainer filled with some spices to make an Orange Spice Marmalade. If it goes well, pictures and details will be posted later. If you don't see another post about this, well....I guess it was not a good idea LOL!!!
